		<description>I wouldn&#039;t feel too bad about drinking some Old Cellar Dweller right now. It&#039;s a hoppy American-style barley wine that can be consumed young. The hop bitterness will decline with aging. The challenge is to find your personal sweet spot. I&#039;ve got three bottles in my beer closet for testing over time.</description>
