Rachel's brother Erik wrote the above post; I just set my Facebook status to pickup all new posts from our blog. But yes, I have seen the Dinner Impossible where Robert Irvine cooks with and pairs Michelob beers. I recall being very hungry watching that episode.

Hey Chris, there's an episode (assuming you haven't already seen it) of Dinner Impossible where the host's challenge is to create a multi course meal for an employee party at a specific brewery. Not only is he to make food pairings for a number of their brews, he is to cook with each brew in the dish as well. You should check it out. Your food pairing comment reminded me of this.

I was just reading Beers of the World and thinking the exact same thing. I planned to write something similar tomorrow.

Obviously Holly and Rachel should find a way to support us while we jog around the world, drinking beer with fine food to match. What other possible solution is there?
